Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use a cloud server from Lex Corp Cloud, a service of Lex Corp Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

We set up and manage virtual servers for you on third-party cloud providers (such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, DigitalOcean and Datahub). Each plan lists its vCPU, memory, disk and bandwidth. The underlying infrastructure is operated by the provider, so its availability, maintenance and network are subject to that provider.

2. Your account

  • You need an account to order. Keep your login details and server passwords safe — you are responsible for activity under them.
  • Give us accurate contact and billing information so we can deliver your server, send bills and reach you about renewals.

3. Prices and payment

  • Plans are prepaid for the term you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Longer terms include the discount shown at checkout.
  • Prices are set in US dollars and shown in other currencies for convenience. The amount in Nepali Rupees is fixed when you place the order.
  • You can pay by Khalti, eSewa, FonePay or bank transfer and upload your payment receipt. Your order starts once we verify the payment.
  • Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days.
  • We issue a bill for every verified payment.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver your server within 24 hours of verifying your payment. Login details are sent to your email and are available in your account.

5. Renewal and expiry

  • Your server runs until the end of the paid term. We remind you by email before it expires.
  • You can renew from your account at any time; the new term starts when the current one ends.
  • If a server is not renewed, it may be suspended after expiry and its data permanently deleted afterwards. Deleted servers cannot be recovered.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • break any law of Nepal or of the country where the server is hosted;
  • send spam, host phishing or malware, or attack, scan or overload other systems;
  • store or share content that infringes copyright or is illegal or abusive;
  • mine cryptocurrency or otherwise breach the cloud provider’s own policies.

We may suspend a server that breaks these rules or that the provider asks us to stop, and will tell you why.

7. Your data and backups

You control what you store on your server. Unless your plan says otherwise, backups are your responsibility — please keep your own copies of important data.

8. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the last 3 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes do not affect a term you have already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes fall under the courts of Kathmandu.
