This policy explains what information Lex Corp Pvt. Ltd. collects when you use Lex Corp Cloud, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and password (stored encrypted), or your Google profile name and email if you sign in with Google.
- Order and billing details — the plans you buy, payment method, the payment receipt you upload, and an optional company name and PAN for your bill.
- Server details — the server address and login details we create for you.
- Technical data — your approximate country (from your IP address) to show prices in your currency, and basic server logs for security.
How we use it
- to create and deliver your server, verify payments and issue bills;
- to send order updates, renewal reminders and password-reset emails;
- to answer your support requests and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- the cloud provider that hosts your server (only what is needed to create it);
- service providers that run this website for us: hosting and file storage, email delivery, and Google (if you choose Google sign-in);
- authorities, when the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
We store a few small items in your browser: your login session, your cart, and your currency choice. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records while your account is active and as long as tax and accounting laws require for bills. Payment receipts are kept with the order they belong to.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. We may need to keep some records (such as issued bills) where the law requires.
Security
Passwords are stored encrypted, the site uses HTTPS, and only our staff can see orders and receipts. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.
